OUR MISSION
Historically there has been a stigma against lifting weights for golf performance, and while it has improved, a shadow still lingers. Uncoincidentally, golf is a sport that is riddled with chronic injuries such as low back pain and golfer's elbow. The reality is that golf fitness can help any golfer gain distance off the tee, reduce injury risk, improve consistency, and play the game later into their life. My mission is to make golf fitness accessible and attainable for all golfers and to improve the sport that I love through strength and conditioning.
